Please refer to the Freeman exhibitor kit. All decorator/electrical/telephone/internet connection has to be ordered at least four weeks prior to the conference.

Exhibitor Staff Registration
To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $995 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, August 21, 2009.
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
Hotel Accommodations
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Barton Creek Resort & SPA at a special discounted rate of $239 (*not including tax and resort fee). To make your accommodations, contact the hotel directly at (512) 329-4000 and mention that you are attending the America's Bank Board Symposium. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate is Monday, August 24, 2009. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Monday, August 17, 2009 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Monday, September 7, 2009. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site address listed above. No later than Friday September 13, 2009.
