Bob Nadeau has more than 17 years of payment industry experience managing proprietary multi-channel product development. His role as group executive keeps Nadeau at the center of Chase Paymentech’s industry-leading initiatives around product development and organizational functionality. Among the areas of responsibility for Nadeau’s team are emerging payment method evaluation and development, domestic and international processing, authorization and settlement systems, accounting, reporting, merchant set-up, chargeback processing and imaging.

Nadeau brings a highly developed understanding of the interpretation of complex industry rules and standard to his leadership role at Chase Paymentech. As such, Nadeau serves as Chase Paymentech’s industry ambassador, managing relationships with all Card Organizations, Debit Networks and NACHA.

Nadeau is a regular speaker at industry events and is a regular spokesperson for Chase Paymentech on matters concerning ecommerce payment issues and, particularly alternative payments. Some of the industry bodies in which he participates are MasterCard’s Processor Working Group, MasterCard’s International Security Committee System Enhancement Strategy Advisory Group, MasterCard’s International Security Committee, MasterCard Fraud Advisory Council. As well, Nadeau sits on Visa’s Card Operations & Risk Advisors Executive Council, Acquirer's Executive Council.
