Andrew has developed alternative payments and mobile financial services strategies for leading banks and processors, co-authored research on consumer payment preferences, pioneered the development of enterprise-wide loyalty programs for financial institutions, and assisted numerous large recurring billers to identify and realize their cost savings opportunity from customer self-service and EBPP initiatives.

Prior to launching his external consulting career in 2003, Andrew was Vice President of Channel Development and Internet Program Development for Prudential Bank and Trust. At Prudential Bank, he spearheaded the development of Prudential Financial’s first Internet banking platform and led several strategic initiatives to open new distribution channels for the Banks’ products. Andrew has also held internal consulting and program management roles for Coverdell & Company, American General Life & Accident and International Business Machines (IBM).

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Economics from Transylvania University and an MBA in Marketing from the Gatton College of Business at the University of Kentucky.
