David Wyle (CPA) is the President and CEO of SurePrep. SurePrep provides accounting firms with tax preparation services and software that enable them to perform client engagements more effectively and efficiently. As one of the first U.S. companies to enter this market, SurePrep has quickly become a recognized industry leader with over 300 customers ranging in size from small local firms to large national ones. As CEO of SurePrep, Mr. Wyle directs the overall operations of the business, establishes current and long-range objectives, and represents the company to its customers, the financial community, and the public.

Prior to founding SurePrep, Mr. Wyle was the founder and CEO of ePace! Software, a leading provider of paperless engagement solutions to the public accounting industry. In 2001 CCH Incorporated purchased ePace! making its flagship product, ePaceENGAGEMENT, the paperless engagement component of CCH’s ProSystem fx application suite.

Mr. Wyle earned a BA degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1994.
