Will is a past Chairman of the AICPA Information Technology Conference, as well as past chairman of other conferences and professional committees. Michael is the Chief Designer and Architect of Office Tools Professional software designed specifically for small accounting offices. Previously, Michael owned a small tax practice and was employed by multiple tax accounting firms. He also worked at CCH for 10 years as a product specialist, and has been President of North 40 Systems, providing technology consulting for the last 15 years. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Metropolitan State College, Denver, Colorado.

Bob joined LGT in 1976. His responsibilities include overseeing the activities of the firm's team members performing audit, tax and management consulting services. Bob serves as audit partner for a variety of publicly-traded and privately-held corporations, limited partnerships in oil & gas, real estate, banking, and manufacturing engagements. Bob received his BBA in Accounting from University of Texas, Austin. Tamara has been with Kafoury for more than 13 years. She specializes in government, nonprofit and casino industry auditing and oversees her own private practice working with both individuals as well as small business clients in a wide variety of industries. She is an active member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Women Business Owners. Tamara earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.

During the last five years, as Vice President of Marketing for Doc.It, Roger Mongeon has personally assisted over 150 public accounting firms move towards a more digital office using less paper (moving towards paperless). He has a first line relationship with most practices and has been instrumental in understanding best practices for leading edge accountants within the United States & Canada.

Val D. Steed graduated from Utah State University where he received both his Bachelors of Science (BS) in Accounting and his Masters of Accounting(MA).

After college, Val worked for Deloitte Haskins and Sells of Salt Lake City, Utah, and then with Hansen, Steed, Bradshaw & Malmrose P.C. of Salt Lake City.  Val was with Hansen, Steed, Bradshaw & Malmrose P.C. for eleven years and was a shareholder for six years before leaving to start K2 Enterprises.  Currently, Val is the CEO of K2 Enterprises which is a national technology training and consulting organization.  He has 11years experience in public practice and has been involved with information systems and the technology industry for over 24 years.

Robert W. Scott has covered the accounting profession and its technology for 16 years. He is editor of Accounting Technology, a magazine which serves tax and accounting professionals, and was previously technology editor of Accounting Today, a sister newspaper. Before that, he covered the computer industry, including both personal computer and host-based systems for trade publications. A native of Madison, Ind., he is a journalism graduate of Indiana University, but has lived and worked in the New York City area for the past 35 years. He is also the editor of the widely read, Consulting Insights, a twice monthly electronic newsletter about the accounting software market.

Thomas G. Stephens, Jr., received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (Major in Accounting) from Auburn University in 1985. Upon graduation, Stephens worked for an Atlanta-based public accounting firm where he earned his designation as a Certified Public Accountant. Next, Stephens worked for BellSouth Corporation in Atlanta as an internal auditor; staff manager; operations manager of the Internal Audit Group; and manager of the Comptroller's Cost Accounting organization department. While working at BellSouth, he earned a Masters of Science (Major in Finance) from Georgia State University in 1992.
