ATMDebit & Prepaid Forum

Letter From The Chairman

Dear Colleague,

The ATM and card-based payment markets are some of the fastest changing and most exciting segments of the retail banking industry today. Debit card transactions continue to grow strongly, supported by a variety of rewards programs yet battling mounting fraud losses; ATM deployers, facing declining usage, are experimenting with new business models and technology; and prepaid activity is brisk, expanding into new market segments while searching for healthier profitability.

The ATM, Debit & Prepaid Forum addresses each of these three inter-related markets in a direct, thought-provoking fashion. First-rate keynote speakers and organizations, along with our annual Network Showcase, bringing together the leading payment networks on the US on one stage, anchor the conference. The sessions in each of the conference tracks have been selected to focus on the most topical issues. They include:

  • The ATM track:
    • ATM branding, Check Imaging, Cash Forecasting and Banking Kiosks
    • Speakers from Compass Bank, Diebold, Wachovia and Wells Fargo
  • The Debit track:
    • Rewards, Small Business Debit Cards, Data Breaches and New Research
    • Speakers from Citizens Bank, PULSE, STAR and Washington Mutual
  • The Prepaid track:
    • The Economics of Prepaid, Reload Networks, Prepaid Regulations, Government Disbursement and Healthcare and International Opportunities
    • Speakers from the American Bankers Association, First Data, Green Dot, Incomm, TSYS, U.S. Bank and VISA

In addition, we have expanded our conference this year to add two new tracks - Emerging Payments Track and Compliance & Regulatory Track - and added more pre-conference workshops addressing areas of key interest.

Beyond the content, the ATM, Debit & Prepaid Forum offers a great opportunity to reconnect with industry colleagues, both old and new.  Attracting more than 500 decision-makers every year, this event has become the focal point for exchanging ideas and learnings about the latest technologies from leading providers.

I encourage you to join me on October 3-5 at La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA, for what promises to be a very compelling program.

Regards,

Tony Hayes
Conference Chairman
