Russell Randolph, the Consumer/Small Business Debit Product Executive for Wachovia Card Services, joined Wachovia in March 2006. His team is responsible for developing, designing and managing innovative debit card services for Wachovia Consumer and Small Business customers. His goal is to establish Wachovia's card as the preferred debit card for Consumer/Small Business customers by developing and implementing a more integrated debit and credit card marketing plan.

Previously, he was at Bank of America for more than 10 years. There he most recently served as senior card marketing manager for consumer credit cards, and was responsible for new credit card acquisitions and managing a marketing budget of more than $200 million. In previous assignments, Russell was a marketing manager for Bank of America’s e-commerce business, the small business credit card and debit card business, and a product manager for the deposit products business. He previously worked for Procter and Gamble in a product finance capacity. Russell holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech University and an MBA in finance from Clark Atlanta University. He is also 6 Sigma green belt certified.
