Nancy Gordon is Executive Vice President, ThankYou Rewards Network, within Citi’s North American credit card division. In this role, Nancy is responsible for managing the rewards program that offers Citi customers the ability to earn points for great rewards such as travel, merchandise and gift certificates using eligible Citi products including credit cards and various retail banking services, as well as by booking travel through Expedia.com.
Nancy was a driving force behind the launch of the ThankYou Program in 2004 managing the design, marketing strategy and development efforts. As the program matured, she assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer and ultimately the role of Executive Vice President.
Prior to her current role, Nancy held various strategy and business development positions within Citi Cards. She authored many strategic plans to drive revenue growth and brought to market a variety of card benefits, features and products including the Citi Upromise Card.
Prior to joining Citi in 1998, Nancy led account management functions at Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide Advertising for American Express and Kraft Foods.
A native of New York, Nancy graduated with a BBA from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
