PULSE
David Schneider is President of PULSE, a business unit of Discover Financial Services. In addition, Mr. Schneider serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Debit Strategies and Products, of Discover and is a member of Discover’s Management Committee. He is responsible for managing the PULSE® ATM/debit network, and for evaluating debit growth opportunities, including acquisitions, alliances and new products.
Before joining PULSE in September 2000, Mr. Schneider was a partner in the Houston office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., practicing in the Corporation, Banking and Business Department.
Mr. Schneider graduated with a B.A. in economics, summa cum laude, from Tulane University in 1982, and received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 1985.
