Jack joined Cardtronics in January 2003, bringing more than 29 years of banking and financial services experience to the Company. His past management roles include:
- EVP of Consumer Banking at First Union/Wachovia – ran $2 billion revenue business; responsible for $70 billion of loans and $100 billion of deposits
- Vice Chairman and CFO of First USA – one of the largest credit card companies in the U.S. when purchased by Bank One/Chase for $7.4 billion
- CEO and Vice Chairman of USAA Bank – consumer bank with $10 billion in total assets, recognized by Money Magazine as "Best Bank in America" and "One of the 20 Best of the Best in Customer Service" by Arthur D. Little.
- Chairman and CEO of Globeset, Inc. – private technology company; sold to Trintech Group PLC
Jack was also the former board member of MasterCard International, the Consumer Bankers Association, and Financial Institutions Advisory Board for the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank; currently on Board of Directors of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association (EFTA).
