Founded in 1995, MMA provides consulting services, benchmark data and subscription research reports to a diverse client base of more than 150 dealers, investors and issuers engaged in the tax-exempt market. Mr. Doe’s leadership was recognized when he was named to a 3-year term with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, (MSRB) the regulatory entity of the municipal securities industry in 2002. In addition, he has also recently been named by Smith’s Research and Ratings as one of the top Municipal Strategists as determined by a poll of more than 1000 investors. He has been frequently quoted in The Bond Buyer, Bloomberg News, Reuters, Dow Jones Newswires, and the Wall Street Journal.
