Deadlines:
4/7/2008 Company Description and Logo
50 Word company description including the company address, contact, phone, email and website address.
Logo in EPS format. Your logo must be a high resolution image, so it appears without distortion on signs and printed conference material.
4/7/2008 Conference Manual Ads - This applies only if you have purchased an ad or if it is part of your exhibitor contract.
All ads should be high resolution PDF, print ready, scaled to the appropriate size without crop marks and submitted on a CD ROM or via email. Download Ad Specs.
4/14/2008 Staff Registration due
Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually, by logging into their existing account or creating a new account.

Decorator/Electrical/Telephone/Internet Connection

Please refer to the Exhibitor Guide. All decorator/electrical/telephone/internet connection has to be ordered at least four weeks prior to the conference.

Please note: all displays for the Bond Buyer Derivatives will be table-top displays. A 6ft draped table/2 chairs will be provided by show management.

Exhibit Hours

Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be opened since all catered events besides lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break.

7:45 am - 8:45 am Breakfast in exhibit hall
10:30am - 11:00 am Morning break in exhibit hall
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm Afternoon break in exhibit hall
5:00pm - 6:30 pm Networking Reception in exhibit hall

8:00 am – 9:00 am Breakfast in exhibit hall
10:30 am – 11:00 am Morning break in exhibit hall


To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments.If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $500 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Monday, April 14, 2008 .

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.


Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Marriott New York Downtown at a rate of $319 (*not including taxes). To make your accommodations, contact the hotel directly on (800) 228-9290 or (212) 385-4900 and mention that you are attending the Bond Buyer's National Municipal Derivatives Institute . Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the group rate is Friday, April 25, 2008 . After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.


IMPORTANT NOTE: We encourage all exhibitors to bring their booth equipment with them on the day of the show. The hotel will not accept any shipped materials if guests do not have a sleeping room. If you are a staying guest, and you do ship to the hotel you are responsible for shipping charges and for making arrangement for delivery of the equipment to your booth.

All shipments are to be sent directly to the NY Marriott Downtown Hotel. The hotel has limited storage so no boxes can be received prior to Tuesday, May 13.
