Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be opened since all catered events besides lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break.

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $450 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by April 16, 2007.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create an account for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning April 9, 2007 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by May 2, 2007. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. Freeman will accept shipments directly to the hotel beginning: May 9, 2007 at 12 Noon.
