Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $500 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by
Tuesday, May 20, 2008 .

Register Your Team

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center at a special discounted rate of $189 (*not including tax and resort fee). The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate is May 12, 2008 . After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
