Brian J. Lepore is Director of Defense Capabilities and Management at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) in Washington, D.C. He directs audit and evaluation teams reviewing the Department of Defense’s (DOD) support infrastructure programs including base closure and realignment (BRAC); installation sustainment, modernization, and restoration; base operations including installation services; management of training ranges; infrastructure privatization programs; and facilities energy management. Mr. Lepore holds a Master in Public Administration degree from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and a bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
