Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be opened since all catered events besides lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break.

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $450 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Monday, May 14, 2007.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Monday, April 30, 2007 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Wednesday, May 23, 2007.  Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date.
