Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $450 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Monday, May 14, 2007.

Register Your Team

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Westin O’Hare at a special discounted rate of $169 (*not including tax and resort fee). To make your accommodations, contact the hotel directly at (847) 698 6000 and mention group code: 10560 or 13th Annual Midwest Public Conference/SourceMedia. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate is May, 11, 2007. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Monday, April 30, 2007 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Wednesday, May 23, 2007.  Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date.

Freeman will accept shipments directly to the hotel beginning: Wednesday, May 30, 2007 between 8:00am – 12:00 noon.
