Shaun Pond joined IBT in 1989 as a retail specialist, assisting financial institutions in partnering with retailers. As SVP, Shaun manages client relationships for the Western region. Over his 18 year tenure, he has helped clients in developing branches of all formats ranging from 135 square feet to over 5,000 square feet in size. He is also a frequent speaker on topics related to branch strategy and placement, sustainable, or "green" design/build and integrating marketing and merchandising strategies into your branch environment.

Shaun holds a B.A. from San Francisco State University and served in the United States Marine Corp from 1972 to 1975. He resides in the San Francisco Bay area.
