Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be opened since all catered events besides lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break.

3:30 pm - 4:00 pm Afternoon break in exhibit hall

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $500 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Wednesday, September 26, 2007.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.


 

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Barton Creek Resort & Spa at a special discounted rate of $219 (*not including tax and resort fee). To make your accommodations, contact the hotel directly on (888) 867-7492 and mention that you are attending SRCSRCB. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate is Friday, September 21, 2007. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Monday, September 17, 2007 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Tuesday, October 2, 2007. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site address listed below. Not before Wednesday, October 17, 2007.
