Prior to joining Wachovia he spent ten years leading multifaceted teams, conceiving strategies and implementing integrated eCommerce business solutions in the U.S., Europe and Latin America. During this time he conceived and led Internet solutions for companies such as Visa International, Microsoft, Target, General Motors, American Express, GE Consumer Finance, Lufthansa, Google, Cisco Systems, Pepsi Co, Sony and others. The nine year preceding that he held operations and management positions with Dun & Bradstreet and Household Finance.
Mr. Silvera holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
