ABOUT THE AWARDS: RECOGNIZING COMMUNICATIONS EXCELLENCE
The Benefits i-COMM Awards will be the first awards program that recognizes the best internal communication of benefits. We seek to honor communication initiatives that advance the objectives of the benefits/HR department and the strategic objectives of the employer organization. For example, did your communication initiatives increase employees' benefit participation, help them derive greater value from benefits, improve employee satisfaction, or achieve cost savings for your organization?
Submissions will be based on active Web sites, emails, Intranet pages, print and other communication vehicles. The i-COMM Awards are open to all companies that have an HR department and/or employee communications. Entries must come from active Web sites, emails, Intranets, etc. You must submit all of your information to us by June 15.

IV. JUDGING PROCESS
Your submissions will be judged by our editorial and conference team along with selected industry experts and will be scored based on design, writing, concept, focus, originality and usability.
V. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & EDITORIAL COVERAGE
Benefits i-COMM winning entries will be announced and honored at the BMF&E in Dallas, Sept. 16-18, 2007. i-COMM Winners also will be announced in the September 15 issue of Employee Benefit News and featured editorially in the November issue of Employee Benefit News, as well as on BMF&E’s Web site.
The finalists will be invited to attend BMF&E where winners will be announced and the finalists will host a session highlighting their winning communication programs.
