Senior Manager, Employee Healthcare Benefits

Ms. Morris is senior manager of healthcare benefits design for The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G). Her responsibilities include the strategic development, deployment and administration of health care benefits for P&G’s 34,000 U.S. employees.
Ms. Morris completed her undergraduate studies in nursing at Darton College and Georgia Southwestern College, graduate studies in nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, post-graduate studies in leadership at Florida State University, and ICPM Professional Manager Certification. After thirteen years as a critical care nurse, nursing supervisor and nursing professor, she joined Procter & Gamble in 1990 and has since service in several healthcare benefits management and human resources roles. Ms. Morris specializes in designing employee healthcare benefits focused on quality of care enhancement and cost containment. She has served on the Georgia Self-Insurer’s Association Board of Directors, the Georgia Employers Health Care Coalition, and the Health Improvement Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati’s Diabetes Task Force.
Ms. Morris currently serves on the Ingenix Employer Advisory Board, the eHealth Initiative Employer/Purchaser Advisory Group, the eHealth Initiative Leadership Council, and the Care Focused Purchasing Group.
