Steve Priddy

Steve has 32 years of diversified Human Resource experience and for 16 years was a Vice-President in the FedEx HR area where he most recently had responsibility for all facets of Employee Benefits and Compensation, Human Capital Management, International Compensation & Benefits, and HR division governmental and regulatory matters affecting these programs. In his prior 10 years at FedEx, he held Managing Director positions in Compensation/Benefits, Organizational Effectiveness/Productivity, and Personnel Services, as well as assisting with both domestic and international acquisition and mergers affecting Human Resource functions. In these positions Steve was responsible for the development, communication and administration of innovative HR programs, which have contributed to the highly acclaimed “People Programs” at FedEx, both in the U.S. and in international locations, and helping FedEx become recognized as one of the top employers of choice in the U.S. Prior to FedEx, he held both staff and management positions for 6 years with Zenith Electronics.
Steve has designed innovative health and productivity programs and compensation and benefits programs, and authored several employee handbooks and HR policy manuals, all of which has contributed heavily to the highly successful employee relations and human capital programs at FedEx.
He has served on the Board of Directors for several national human resource associations, and speaks frequently at industry conferences and advisory boards. He received the inaugural Institute for Health and Productivity (IHPM) Corporate HPM Award for spearheading the Human Capital Management Program while at FedEx. Steve currently serves on several community boards and commissions, and as a business facilitator for the Institute of Executive Leadership at Rhodes College. A native of the Chicago area, Steve received his B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, and serves on its School of Business Advisory Board.
