James Morrow, M.D., vice president and CEO at North Fulton Family Medicine in suburban Atlanta, will be a featured speaker at Health Data Management’s Clinical Automation Summit. The conference, to be held Sept. 17-18 in Chicago, will focus on strategies for electronic health records success.

Morrow was recently honored as the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society’s “Physician I.T. Leader of the Year” in recognition of his role in applying I.T. to meet the needs of physicians. Earlier, he won the Nicholas E. Davies Award of Excellence for implementation of an EHR.

Morrow’s session, “Insights from a Group Practice EHR Pioneer,” will feature the physician’s strategies for a successful implementation of electronic records and his predictions for what’s on the horizon for clinical automation.
