Jeff is responsible for leading the team of experts that's at the forefront of Manulife's fraud prevention efforts. The team, comprised of investigators, claims analysts and industry consultants, works to protect group benefits plans from the harmful effects of fraud and abuse. This damage includes a loss or decrease in health insurance coverage for plan members and a financial loss for the organizations that sponsor the benefits plans.
Jeff is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo. He is the Past Chair of the Canadian Health Care Anti-Fraud Association, is an Associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association in the United States. |
