Marilee graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She has a background in healthcare, sales, consulting, product development and disability management.   Marilee is responsible for the development of marketing strategies, communication and products for employers of all sizes.

She  represents Manulife Financial on selected industry advisory groups including the Group Insurance Pharmaceutical Committee, Canadian Council on Integrated Healthcare, Benefits Canada and the annual sanofi aventis Healthcare Survey. In October 2004, Marilee was recognized by her peers and Canadian Healthcare Magazine for the “Who’s Who in Health Care Award” in the Insurance category.
