Elizabeth Brown is a Partner and head of the Firm’s pension practice. Firm professional partner and a member of the Firm's Executive Committee from 2001 to 2003. Graduate of Queen's University (B. Mus.), York University (LL.B.), and the University of Leicester (LLM). Listed in the 2007 Canadian Legal LEXPERT directory as “repeatedly recommended” in the area of pensions and benefits.

Lead pension counsel in numerous corporate transactions, including significant restructuring, and counsel on pension and benefits matters before the Financial Services Tribunal, at arbitration, and before the courts. Editor of Federated Press publication Taxation of Executive Compensation and Retirement. Called to the Ontario Bar, 1988.
