Freeman Exhibitor Kit

Our Decorator, Freeman Decorating Companies, has provided an online exhibit kit and order forms for the 3rd Annual Identity Theft & Fraud Symposium. Confirmed exhibitors can access Freeman forms directly from their website www.myfreemanonline.com or click here to download the Freeman Exhibitor kit. Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, please complete the online Staff Registration Form. (Click here) All 8 x 10 exhibit space entitles the sponsoring company to four complimentary staff registration passes. (please refer to your contract) If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $695 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Monday, August 28, 2006.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at The Argent Hotel at a special discounted rate of $229 (*not including tax). To make your accommodations, contact the hotel directly on (877) 222-6699 or (415) 974-6400 and mention that you are attending Conference. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the group rate is September 1, 2006. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Electrical/Telephone/ Internet Connection
Please refer to the Freeman exhibitor kit. All electrical/telephone/internet connection has to be ordered at least four weeks prior to the conference.

In the Freeman Exhibitor Kit, the exhibiting hours are listed from the start of the conference to the end of the conference for each day. Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be opened since all catered events besides lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break.
