Scott Carter joined BarclayCard US in 2006 as Senior Director of Operations for Customer Support. Scott began his career in the Financial Services Industry with Capital One where he worked on Collections Outsourcing efforts as part of the Supply Chain Management team. Subsequently he served as the Vice President of Risk Operations for American Express where he led first party collections outsourcing efforts.
