Mark Ravanesi is the Director of Collections Strategy for Discover Financial Services. In his current role, Mark oversees strategy development and implementation as well as customer lifecycle management for Cardmember Assistance. Mark is also responsible for providing strategic leadership, planning, and service delivery for Discover Collections.
