Rozanne M. Andersen is General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Legal & Government Affairs for ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.

She performs or directs all legal activities of ACA and its subsidiaries. Rozanne has successfully represented the industry through her advocacy work in Washington, D.C., and supports ACA’s legislative initiatives, regulatory and compliance activities on both the state and federal level. She serves as the legal advisor to the ACA Board of Directors, the ACA Executive Committee, the ACA Legal Defense Litigation Fund, and is a member of the ACA Foundation Board of Directors.
