Mr. Henry is currently Vice President, Recovery Strategy for JP Morgan Chase Card Services with responsibility for all recovery strategy development within the Customer Support Division. Prior to JP Morgan Chase, he had held various management positions at American Express within the operations, risk and recovery management areas. Mr. Henry holds a BS in Economics and a MS in Strategic Planning & Organizational Leadership from Saint John Neumann College.
