Mike Tucci is the Director of Agency Management, Attorney Management, and Asset Sales for credit cards, consumer finance, and mortgage at Citi. He joined Citi in 1986 and has managed a variety of operations, collections, customer service, and recovery functions in multiple locations. Mike earned a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Denver.

As the leader of Company's acquisition and sales efforts, Mr. Riggio concentrates on developing significant client relationships and large-scale strategic opportunities for the organization through partnership or acquisition.

Mr. Riggio was previously an SVP for Washington Mutual Card Services (formerly Providian) where he led the business development efforts in the Partnerships group. Prior to joining WaMu, Anthony was part of the start-up team and led business development operations for a financial service software provider called Obongo, Inc., which was funded by Sequoia Capital and later acquired by AOL. Anthony's background also includes domestic and international stints at Monitor Company, a leading strategy consulting firm, and Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Riggio received his BS in Accounting and Finance from Pennsylvania State University and his MBA from the University of Michigan Business School.
