Paula Catterall has been responsible for recoveries at Sterling Jewelers, Inc. of Akron, Ohio since 2000. Sterling is North America’s largest retail jeweler, operating under various store names including Kay, JB Robinson, Jared the Galleria of Jewelry, Goodman and Osterman. She has a Master of Business Administration degree from Drake University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa.

Prior to joining Sterling Jewelers, Inc., Paula was Executive Vice President for A.M. Miller and Associates, Inc., a large national collection agency in Minneapolis. She, along with a collection attorney group, originated a corporation, Collection Management Network, and served as its President and CEO.

Paula has demonstrated her extensive leadership capabilities throughout her career. She also has vast experience with training and auditing, and learned how to use her creative side to keep employees motivated and interested. Her proven success shows she knows how to “keep the good ones.”
