Below are the summit's official exhibit hall hours. NOTE: EXHIBIT HALL HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO REVISION BY SHOW MANAGEMENT AT ANY TIME. Any changes in exhibiting hours will be communicated to the exhibitor via email.

Exhibitor Staff Registration
To register your staff for the conference, complete the online Staff Registration form via the link below. Please refer to your contract for the # of complimentary passes allotted to your company. If your company's attendance exceeds the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $695 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, November 2 .
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in, DO NOT enter in your information if you are not attending the conference; instead, enter in the information of the staff member(s) who will be onsite. Unfortunately, the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log in each time to register additional staff members.
Hotel Accommodations
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton New York at a special discounted rate of $479 single/double (excluding taxes). To make your reservations, contact the hotel directly at (212) 586-7000 and mention that you are a CDI/SourceMedia event participant . Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the group rate is Monday, October 29 . After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Friday, October 12 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER
DEADLINE" charges,
materials must arrive by Monday, November 5. Late charges
will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If you miss the deadline for advanced shipments to Freeman's warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site address listed below. NOTE: Materials delivered to the hotel will be refused if they arrive more than 3 days prior to the conference.
