As Chief Customer Master Data Steward for all Honeywell, Nancy Northrup leads the Honeywell Data Governance Council in providing Program Management expertise. Ms. Northrup is responsible for establishing, leading and implementing a pan-Honeywell effort to establish roles, standards, toolsets, metrics, and audit processes that will ensure and maintain consistent and accurate customer master data to enable a corporate wide view of Honeywell’s customer relationships. Joining Honeywell in 2002, Ms. Northrup brought extensive project office expertise to the Honeywell’s eBusiness group. From there she was recruited into the Six Sigma organization and is now part of the Customer Master Data on Demand team. Throughout her career, which has included AXA Financial Inc., Lucent Technologies, AT&T, and BASF Corporation, Ms. Northrup has been involved in leading cross-company efforts incorporating standards, quality, and process improvement. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and holds a Masters in Project Management from George Washington University. Ms. Northrup is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Six Sigma Expert in both Black Belt and Lean.
