Andy Walker is Enterprise Information Architect for BP, one of the world’s largest energy companies. Mr. Walker has served in a variety of technical leadership roles at BP, where he has worked for 22 years. He is based in London.
In his current role, Mr. Walker is responsible for master data management strategy and deployment for BP. Most recently, he successfully delivered a master data management solution using SAP’s MDM application, from strategy through execution.
Andy acts as an advocate for master data management, promoting the importance of MDM inside and outside BP, most recently speaking at the SAP Sapphire user conference in May 2007. In addition to MDM, Mr. Walker's areas of expertise include ERP deployment, extensive SAP experience and global data management. |
