As vice president of product management, Sean is responsible for identifying and quantifying market opportunities, defining software and services products that are market driven, and creating and implementing product go-to-market strategies. Sean has 15 years of enterprise software consulting, architecture, design, and management experience in the financial services, telecommunications, utilities, transportation, e-commerce and healthcare domains.

Prior to joining Initiate Systems, Sean served on the leadership team at YouDevise, Inc., an enterprise software consulting firm based in London, England. Sean was responsible for YouDevise’s professional services delivery team and helped the company develop what is now a thriving financial services application software business. Sean previously held executive and senior program management positions at several Internet startups and was vice president of applications development at TenFold Corporation, an enterprise software company. Sean began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Sean has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics, with honors, from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
