Exhibitor/Sponsor InformationDecorator/Electrical/Telephone/Internet Connection Please refer to the Freeman exhibitor kit. All decorator/electrical/telephone/internet connection has to be ordered at least four weeks prior to the conference. Partner Signage Specs Refer to your contract to see if you are eligible to display partner signage at the summit. If so, you must adhere to the following guidelines: The following are the standard sizes for sponsor graphics that can be utilized: 22”w x 28”l Signs not to exceed 8' and must be provided by the sponsor (they may contact Freeman to print the graphics). Each sign must be freestanding (preferably supported by a self-standing base or on a tri-pod easel). Signage is the exhibitor's responsibility.
Exhibit Hours Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be opened since all catered events excluding lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break. Sunday March 25, 2007

Exhibitor Staff RegistrationTo register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $695 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, March 23, 2007.. PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
