Mr. Menyhart is responsible for leading Fifth Third’s customer experience initiatives across all business lines.

Mr. Menyhart joined Fifth Third in September 2006 with 10 years experience in the financial services industry. He previously served as a senior manager in the financial services and capital markets practice with Accenture, based in Chicago. At Accenture, Mr. Menyhart led a number of client engagements focused on delivering differentiated customer experiences, operational process reengineering and organizational design. While at Accenture he led initiatives at Wachovia, Bank of America, SunTrust, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual and Chase.
