Kelly McSwain-Campbell, director of Customer Satisfaction Research at Wachovia Corporation, joined the company in 1992. In her current role, Kelly contributes significantly to the success of the company and to the Customer Experience and Loyalty division. Her leadership and expertise has resulted in nine consecutive years of improved customer satisfaction and five consecutive years of improved customer loyalty as reported by Wachovia branch banking customers. During Kelly’s 15 years with the company, she also has held positions of Personal Service Representative, Customer Listening Manager and Performance Engineering Consultant. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
