Jeff Gundersen is CEO and founder of Executive Connections, LLC, a boutique executive search, consulting and coaching firm. Building on his 25 years of experience in marketing and business strategy consulting, talent acquisition and coaching, Jeff partners with C-level executives in the Financial Services, Marketing Services and Media sectors who are looking to hire top talent or who are seeking their next career opportunity.Jeff’s notable clients include AARP, American Express, Bank of America, Capital One, Citibank, Havas, Interpublic Group, MasterCard, Meredith, Nestle, Omnicom Group, Prudential, Wellpoint and WPP. Jeff earned his undergraduate degree at Lafayette College before continuing on to Rutgers University, where he earned an MBA. He is past chairman of the Financial Council of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA).
