INDUSTRY INNOVATION SESSIONS In a continuing effort to give participants increased opportunities to gain insight into technology advancements and vendor solutions, we are pleased to continue to provide our series of IIS’s. Hosted by some of the industry's leading solution providers, these 75 minute demonstrations and discussions are a great way for participants to maximize their learning experience. Contrary to popular belief, “underbanked” does not mean “under-prime.” Understanding the difference enables companies to profit from the 80+ million people with little or no traditional credit bureau history who may now be capable of entering the prime credit marketplace. These emerging consumers are a profitable and yet still untapped market for companies seeking to extend credit for products and services. L2C will discuss the evolution of new credit evaluation breakthroughs and help quantify the new opportunities being generated. Monday, June 11 How a new scoring system permits
Presenters: In this interactive Industry Innovation Session you'll learn how credit grantors can use VantageScore to reach more scorable consumers, ultimately decisioning more people more appropriately. Enabling better decisioning that reaches a broader population is especially important in today’s market, with its shrinking pool of borrowers and tighter credit standards. Participants will also learn about the new VantageScore credit scoring model, which was developed by the nation’s three leading credit bureaus –- Equifax, Experian and Trans Union. Finally, the group will engage in a question and answer session, including a discussion on authorized user tradelines.
