Deadlines:
May 12 Company Description and Logo
  1. 50-word company description including corporate address, contact's name, phone, e-mail and website address.
  2. High-resolution logo (300 dpi or higher) in .eps format. NOTE: Logos submitted in .tif, .gif or .jpg will not be accepted. For acceptable formats, please refer to Freeman's graphics guidelines. E-mail your logo and company description to Derinda Crawford by April 30th.
May 23 Conference Workbook Advertisement
Your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks should be removed before submitting) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" bleed in margins. E-mail the ad to Derinda Crawford or save it to a CD-ROM and mail it to Derinda's attention at: One State Street Plaza, 27th Fl., New York, NY 10004.
May 19 Staff Registration
May 12 Freeman warehouse shipping begins
Onsite orders are marked up an additional 30%. Materials arriving after June 2nd will incur an additional after deadline charge.

Electrical/Telephone/Internet/Audio Visual Services Order Forms

Please visit Freeman's website for the complete exhibitor kit. All decorator/electrical/telephone/internet services must be ordered at least four weeks prior to the conference. To order our attendee mailing list, please complete the mailing list order form and fax it to my attention no later than May 16th.

To register your staff for the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. If you anticipate that your staff registrations will exceed the comp pass allottment, please be aware that each additional staff member will be charged the $895 sponsor/exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by May 19th.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member; our system does not allow for multiple registrations at one time. When they ask you to log in, DO NOT enter in your information if you will not attend the event. Only enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference.


Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa at a special discounted rate of $179* (*exluding taxes and resort fees). To make your reservation, contact the hotel directly at (305) 592-2000 and request a room in the SourceMedia/Underbanked room block in order to take advantage of the discounted rate. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted rate is May 7th. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Monday, May 12th at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Monday, June 2nd. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. Warehouse receiving hours are 8:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday.

Do NOT ship advance freight directly to the Doral. The resort has limited storage facilities and the freight may be returned to the sender. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the resort will be the responsibility of the sender. Freeman will accept DIRECT freight shipments for the exhibit hall at 4400 NW 87th Ave., Miami, FL 33178 on Sunday, June 8 from 10:00am - 4:00pm ONLY. If you anticipate a delay in shipping your materials to Freeman's warehouse and wish to ship them directly to the conference facility, contact Derinda Crawford for further instruction.
