Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Exhibitor Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding number of complimentary allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $895 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Monday, April 7, 2008

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create an account for each staff member you are trying to register. DO NOT enter in your information or you will register yourself, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to create an account for each staff member you are trying to register.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Omni Orlando Resort & ChampionsGate Hotel at a special discounted rate of $199 (*not including tax and resort fee). To make your reservations, contact the hotel directly on (800) 843-6664 and mention that you are attending The Grow Show. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate is Thursday, April 3, 2008. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Shipping Information

All shipments are to be sent directly to the Omni Orlando at ChampionsGate Resort. The hotel has limited storage so no boxes can be received prior to Monday, April 21.
