Wendy Lachance is Manager, e-Business Development at Coast Capital Savings.

As the manager of e-Business Development for Coast Capital Savings, Wendy is responsible for internal and external channels. This includes the company’s corporate intranet, coastcapitalsavings.com, Coast Online® Banking and Coast-by-Phone® automated phone banking. Her time is spent developing and executing operational and marketing strategies for the channels that align with and support Coast Capital’s corporate objectives.

During her tenure at Coast Capital, Wendy has spearheaded three redesigns of the public website including the most recent and overwhelmingly successful redesign that introduced “Julie” the Online Greeter™. Wendy’s past career history includes time spent at North Shore and Delta (now Envision) credit unions in a variety of marketing and communications management roles. With two daughters active in swimming, soccer and ringette, Wendy spends most of her spare time cheering them on, participating in numerous fund-raisers and helping manage local sport associations as a volunteer board member.

In between games and meetings, she is a devoted fan of her faithful PVR that captures all her favorite TV shows while she’s out. Wendy’s education includes post-secondary learning in broadcast journalism, marketing management, and e-business.
