Growing Net Income in a Difficult Environment
The average ROA at credit unions is well below one percent, and some credit unions have negative earnings. The difficult economy has resulted in increasing delinquency and loan losses. Auto sales are anemic. Is it still possible to grow earnings in these tough times? Yes! But come to this session with an open mind, because if you want a different result you may have to try some new strategies. And by the way, this session will not be recommending that you increase your ROA by ripping off members that can't balance a checkbook with courtesy pay fees attached to their debit card.

Discover the Bottom Line Benefits of Financial Education
Financial education has often been thought of as a "luxury expense". Now in light of the credit crisis & the rippling effects on the economy and industry, are we seeing the damaging consequences of leaving the financial literacy of our employees and members on the "back burner." Through a thought-provoking session you'll see how investing in the financial education of our employees and members can be a rewarding investment.
