July 10 Company Description and Logo
  1. 50-word company description, including corporate address, contact name, phone, e-mail and website address.
  2. High- resolution logo (300 dpi or higher) in .eps format. NOTE: Logos submitted in .tif, .gif or .jpg will not be accepted. E-mail your logo and company description to Nicole Nichols.
July 17 Staff Registration

Exhibitor Staff Registration

 

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $395 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, July 17, 2008 .

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
