After spending 13 years in the long term care industry, Jay moved to the wireless communications industry in 1998, where he oversees the Benefits & Risk Management programs for USA Mobility, Inc., in Alexandria, VA.

A Washington, DC native, Jay now makes his home in West River, MD.
