Judy is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 25 years experience in diversified financial services and retail organizations. Her background includes individual and leadership roles within the areas of finance, operations, marketing, training and development, and health and benefits. With a focus on relationship management, Judy’s success in diverse disciplines has been a result of fostering mutually-rewarding partnerships with internal and external colleagues. Judy joined Mercer in 2008 as a consultant in the Health & Benefits unit and brings to the team the perspective of an internal practitioner.

Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science degree from American University’s AU/NTL program. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association (WACABA) and is a founding steering committee member of the HRA-NCA/ WACABA/WEB annual Washington-Baltimore Area Benefits Survey.
