Deadlines:

OCT. 16	Company Description and Logo 50-100 word company description, including corporate address, contact, phone, email and website address High-resolution vector logo (300 dpi or higher) saved in .eps format. To ensure the best quality for printing and to maintain uniformity of all printed materials, your corporate logo should be scaled to 120 X 90 pixels. NOTE: Logos submitted in .tif, .gif or .jpg will not be accepted. For acceptable formats, please refer to Freeman's graphics guidelines.
Oct. 24	Conference Workbook Advertisement Your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" bleed in margins. E-mail the ad to Derinda Crawford or save it to a CD-ROM and overnight it to Derinda's attention at: One State Street Plaza, 27th Fl., New York, NY 10004.
OCT. 24	Staff Registration forms due Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you exceed the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $450 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, October 24 .

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa at a special discounted rate of $229 (excluding taxes and resort fee). To make your accommodations, contact the hotel directly on (305) 592-2000 and mention that you are attending Conference. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate is October 21 . After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
